oliver & s Library Anna dress

My granddaughter age 4.11 wanted a dress like Anna in the movie Frozen to wear to preschool. This is my interpretation of that dress. This an oliver & s library dress, in a size 4 with a navy cotton velveteen bodice, linen skirt, voile sleeves, gold wave stitch piping and iron on flowers.
