Paella
Paella is such a special meal, I haven't had it in a long time.
Our friends Renate and Dallas invited us out to their place near Villeneuve for a Summer Meal. As usual, it was amazing. And to enjoy it outside, with a good bottle of red wine, friends and the sun starting to dip down on the horizon added to the meal.
The Paella was prepared in the kitchen, then brought out to stay warm on this old gas stove Renate & Dallas have on their back deck.
