Vitruvian Wheel Afloat!
The water entry for the Vitruvian Racer went nicely, exit not bad... though the floats go flaccid, as expected, when cold water strikes... May go with foam blocks or wine bags, artfully done, of course... definitely a downstream river floater, unless I get a nice catamaran float effect.
Photo by our water test chaperone, Susan Miller..Jerri was shepherding the tots.
The camera was lost for two weeks, forgotten on the armrest of our bicycle quad on the front lawn, periodic watering with the sprinklers had no ill effect!
I know it's only two feet tall here, but it's still 7 feet across..it' just seems altogether smaller
Plan B, water entry in motion... www.flickr.com/photos/27047646@N00/7592580834/in/photostr... solid floats, no rafts....
And mud exit , MUDDY... www.youtube.com/watch?v=6qYqKvVMykY
and tidy down river relaxation!
