A scooter with two fat, little, squat cart tires at the back, with the badge "Rhino", I've been musing for a few years how to set it up. Lilly isn't sure, she'll have to have her own seat on it first, maybe a rack above the rear wheels, too. The 65 tooth Schwinn Exercycle cog will make it zippy, with the front wheel drive, though I may likely soon try it with a 12" drive wheel. Time will tell.
Oh, that's an older Jeep steering wheel, the seat is from a stationary recumbent exercycle of some indeterminate stripe.
The entire beast is bolted together, aside from two bolts welded to the triangle to bolt it to the green front fork.
