A Troopers Work Is Never Done on the Death Star
It's been another long, busy week for Stormtrooper Bruce both with his daily duties and his off-time chores, but he has almost gotten everything done. Now that it's Movie Night, STB hopes he can get a little favor from the guys.
STB: Guys, you're late. What happened?
TK-1110: Problems at Security. Some bozo in front of us had some fruit on that list of Bake Off Banned Ingredients. Long story short, they confiscated it, he nutted up, backup security was called, and after he was carted off, it was our turn.
TK-432: Thankfully, we passed with flying colors. Not to change the subject but love all these presents. Superb wrapping, bows and everything. Super festive... but ... how come the gift tags are blank?
STB: I knew if I labeled them ahead of time, you two would spend the entire evening begging me to open them now. I figured since you don't know what's what, maybe you'll let it go. Maybe?
TK-1110: I guess. As long as I get custody of this bowl of candy canes.
TK-432: Am I at least allowed to shake these gifts?
STB: Well, not to change the subject - but since you two are late, I'll restart the movie and we can chow down. But I do have one teensy weensy favor to ask ...
TK-1110: I knew it. Burgers and brewskies usually equals a bribe. What is it this time?
STB: I've been so busy, I really need some help getting my holiday cards ready by tomorrow if they're to be delivered on time. The Death Star Post said tomorrow by noon for ship wide delivery. Not too efficient if you ask me, but it is what it is.
TK-432: I'm in, but only if I can shake that red one with the green bow. Guess it's true, a trooper's work is never done! So, do we get extra brewskies for good penmanship?
