It's Been A Minute on the Death Star
Having overheard in the Mess Hall that Fett had just returned with some prize bounties for Palpatine, and was also restricted to his quarters while on board the Death Star, Stormtrooper Bruce knew what he had to do. And since it was also Movie Night, STB knew the guys would be all in for his plan.
Fett: Whoa! Look who just wandered into my lair, said the spider to the flies.
STB: Hello, to you, too! I heard you were sequestered in your quarters again, so we decided to bring Movie Night to you.
TK-432: So, was it a big haul this time? Did you get that big bonus you were hoping for? Go on, spill the beans!
TK-1110: Oh, don’t mind me. I’ll just stand here holding everything while you three carry on.
STB: A pizza box is hardly everything. But, next to the cooler, it may be one of the most important things we brought with us.
Fett: Um, about those things you brought, what’s up with those tools?
STB: Well, our backstory was, in case we were stopped on our way down to this rusted out cargo hold you call “your castle,” we're on our way to make some repairs on one of the flight decks, and brought some food in case it took longer than expected.
Fett: Great Galaxy! That’s the lamest, most absurd thing I ever heard. Who in their right mind would fall for that idiotic story?
TK-1110: The Trooper who stopped us up on level 58.
TK-432: Of course, offering him one of our cold ones didn’t hurt.
STB: OK, guys, it's been a minute since we've all gotten together, so let’s get this Movie Night started. I know you aren’t crazy about watching movies on my laptop, but I brought it just in case. Otherwise it’s either checkers, cards, darts and/or a couple of rounds on that arcade.
Fett: Well, it’s still early so why not all of the above! But don’t forget the House Rules: No one touches my bear skin rug unless you want a one-way ticket to the trash compactor! Just saying.
