Detour Ahead!
Upon arrival at the arboretum earlier this month, we found our "entrance" blocked. The footbridge we normally use to get to their shaded sitting area, and trails, was out of commission. There was a tree blocking this side and a safety cone at the other end.
All those planks of wood laying in the grass are/were the railings. Several years ago, a similar 'detour' occurred, and like then, we just headed back to the car and drove to the back entrance, wondering what else we'd encounter next?
