Fiesta Time

Last week one of my sisters celebrated her birthday with only a few requests, one being homemade cheese enchiladas.

 

We celebrated her fiesta in style, including colorful placemats, tasty side dishes, piñatas, flowering cactus, balloons, a string of red chili pepper lights, and of course there were gifts and some cake for making wishes.
