JACKPOT!
Did some birdwatching today, taking advantage of the wintry c-cold weather that came our way thanks to Winter Storm Izzy. No snow or ice like other areas but cold enough to ramp up the activity at our feeders.
Fair warning - Because there a lot of photos, there will quite a few posts over the next few days. Today is a series I'm calling Jackpot! Each bird, or squirrel, was caught in the act of grabbing the goodie before taking off.
Starting off with the lead shot of an immature Redheaded Woodpecker who hit the jackpot at the nutlog feeder with a bodacious treat!
