Contentment
Frodo almost looks like he's smiling, sitting in one of the windows we opened for him so he could look out and enjoy all the backyard activity, some sunshine, and a bit of fresh air.
We can only open the windows during spring and fall when the temperature is "not too hot" and "not too cold" but if Frodo had his way that window would always be open!
On this particular day, I was in the sunroom birdwatching when I heard a squirrel sounding very upset about something. I went to look out the windows where I heard that distress call to see if perhaps a stray cat had wandered into the yard. Finally spotted the squirrel up the tree just a few feet in front of me, and THEN I spotted Frodo in his window, just a few feet to my left. Can't help but wonder if that squirrel was upset about Frodo sunning in the window???
