Rails Atop Trestle

Viewed from just behind the CSX "NO TRESPASSING" sign. Curiously, the rail-tops are slightly non-rusty, which normally indicates usage. But I think the rails go almost nowhere in either direction. (Further on into this picture goes along the trestle shown in earlier pics, then onto the older bridge across the Potomac...which I thought was used only as a walkway.)
