Hello there,
Teaching crafts from one town to another town really made me away from my craft desks. I was really longing to make something. I missed several HA occassions (I guess).
Here they are, a start again with stamping etc.
I adore these flower stamps of HA. Two stamps were bought last January in HA store in S'pore. The 2 newest stamps were the one Monika bought and I took them personally.
I made these tags for Biblemarkers for the Tuesday ladies who gather together to praise the Lord. I am the one who take care of this event every week. I am the youngest among these 43-73 year old ladies. This Easter, as the celebration will be on Tuesday, April 6, I will give each of them this tag. I just finished making 30 tags. There are one more flower from another brand stamp. So, for each stamp I made 6 pieces.
First, I embossed the end of the tag with CB machine. Then, covering the embossed part, I stamped Silhouette Grass with shadow ink. When it dried, the color of the ink was very subtle. I like that. Then, I stamped the flowers. I colored the flowers with different ZIG colors on each stamp, then mist with the water spray, then stamped. The more subtle flowers were from the repeated sprayed stamp. I like that technique.
The sentiment was printed from the computer font. "Selamat Paskah" means "Happy Easter".
Thanks for looking. And Happy Easter (not too late, I suppose..)
