Coleman Theater, Miami, Oklahoma

Mining tycoon George Coleman built this theater along Route 66 in 1929 as a place for travelers to stop along their journey. The elaborately decorated arena showed movies as well as hosting music and Vaudeville acts. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
