Tired Forever21 Mannequin - Austin, TX

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one perplexed by this, but Forever21 always has a mannequin that looks like she's about to collapse in all of their storefronts. Although it adds humor and distinction, it distracts me from paying attention to the product. I'm thinking more about why someone would put a tired looking mannequin in the store window.
