This souvenir NORTH AFRICAN/SOUTHERN ALGERIA 100% hand weaved doll was brought back from Africa by family friends of the owner. It is from a large collection I have listed. Circa 1960's. My client's parents travelled extensively and so did family friends. Dolls were brought back from these abroad trips and stored for many, many years.
This doll stands approximately 6" tall. She is weaved from some type of natural material (palm leaves?). Weaved skirt and beaded face. Quite a unique souvenir doll.
AFRICA DOLL:
This doll was brought back from Africa for my client from a family friend. It is unknown what region this doll was purchased from in Africa. It has been stored in Royal Oak, Michigan for many, many years. It has only had one owner.
