This piece / set is called "Bajoran Prime" and has the primary colors (red, blue and yellow) in stone, wired in as part of the piece.

 

There's 12" of Figaro chain in this piece: 2 lengths from the earring to the earcuff, then 4 chains dangling from the earcuff, with a 2nd red jasper/lapis dangle below that. All very light, of course!
