Coal-handling facility

The conveyor in the distance conveys imported coal to an automatic loading facility which lowers the coal into moving trains. These trains transport the coal to various power stations around the country. I think what we're looking at here is a yard connected to the coal handling facility, though in what way, I'm unsure.
