An incense pot at the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple, Chinatown, Singapore.
Devotees and visitors alike are invited to light and place a incense stick in this pot near the entrance to the inner courtyard of the temple.
Notes: A very challenging image to process for the correct exposure due to he backlighting that left the front of the pot in shadow. Used a combination of dodging and burning, curves adjustment and digital GND filter to emphasize the smoke from the incense and brighten up the foreground detail of the pot at the same time.
