Day 16 of my 365. This is my daughter Belanah doing a layout on the trampoline in the backyard. She's a gymnast, so she does layouts on the ground too, but it's so much more fun on the tramp. She can't do a standing layout on the ground, but on the tramp she can. It's a great place to practice standing flips to build confidence.
