Doughboy B Front

Due to complaints about the cramped cockpit and relatively light armor of the initial Doughboy, IHI created the MCF-20B model.

 

Nicknamed the "Puffy Doughboy" the new side armor panels were curved to provide more space while deflecting incoming fire, and the arms and shoulders were redesigned to accommodate the new core shape.
