This is a intro page and/or a "poster" I plan to hang above my computer during March...it's purpose is to remind me to "live simply" and to make the best of any difficult situation I may encounter. The Japanese have a practice: Kintsugi. When a piece of pottery is broken, they glue it together and paint the broken seams with gold. It has become an art form. The pottery in the photo is a bowl a friend made me, years ago. In 2015 I broke it and as I was "wringing" my hands, I remembered Kintsugi - so, I glued my bowl back together and painted the seams with gold paint.
