10 things.
hmm.. Well Josh tagged me so now I have to tell you 10 things you may not know about me. Here goes!
1) I'm the oldest sister of four... (or is it three? [I have three younger sisters]) and I take that responsibility very seriously.
2)At one point I wanted to be a model, then I realized that I'm too short, probably too fat (by model standards), too shy, and that I would fail miserably because I don't like to wear exposing clothes.
3)I am a Jehovah's Witness and my ultimate goal is to someday work in Bethel as an artist for our publications.
4)I like to do all kinds of experiments. For example, I like to sneak in the kitchen when mom's not around and try to cook foods with unlikely elements. One day I made an apricot sauce to put on top of our steak. I also like to experiment with different art forms and mediums and combine them.
5)If I could only listen to one artist's music for the rest of my life I'd pick Michael Jackson. There's something about his voice that just splits my heart in two.
6)Butterflies are my favorite animal because they metamorphosize and I often think of myself the same way.
7)I love challenges and I can be competitive, but I also know when enough is enough.
8)People tell me I think too much, but I like it. If I didn't reflect on my life and my self, how could I become a better person? I am constantly looking for my weaknesses in order to fix them, and I force myself to fight my fears. See that pixie cut? I used to be terriffied of cutting my hair until I finally decided that that was a stupid fear and I should get over it. "Take it as a challenge" I told myself, and I did it, and I like it.
9)I love nature, especially the woods. I am one to walk and stop and stare at all the wondrous creations of Jehovah. I often do stop and stare at things so simple as leaves or little bugs.
10)I wish my number ten had some kind of punch to it, but I'm not a very punchy person. Though I am a fashionably conscious person, I do not take clothes too seriously. At school I was known for just plopping down on the floor regardless of what I was wearing. My reasoning? "Sure, these are some nice clothes, but I'm going to wash them anyway, aren't I?"
Well, now you know me better! :)
