Turtle Dove (no French hens!!!)

Went for this bird yesterday in the gales without luck. Managed quite good views tonight after work in the walled garden at Kilrenny. This bird should really be in the Med. It is anxious and flighty but beautiful. A first for me. A very big thank you to Willie Irvine for letting me take this photo with his 600mm lens.
