Reticulated Python

Python reticulatus

 

The second-largest snake in the world, originating in southeast Asia and the

Indo-Australian archipelago. Longer than the Anaconda, but much lighter.

 

Order: Squamata - Snakes and Lizards

Family: Boidae - Boas and Pythons

 

I prepared this specimen.

(Those teeth are SHARP! This was a very painful skull to prepare.)
