`You've seen contractors, construction guys, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, roofers, whatever you want to call them and whoever they may be. Many people think there is a guy mentality when they are on a job, a macho image for some.
But deep down, they want to talk about the news, the weather, Nascar, football, their kids, cars and let us not forget food. The constant hunt for the best cheesesteaks without driving to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to get one. The best pizza, the best ice cream and milkshakes, You talk to them about lunch and you've got a conversation going.
Meet Dave of Elkton. I photographed him before on August 5th. Dave isn't shy and will talk with anyone and everyone about Philly steak hoagies.
"Walt's in Clifton Heights (Pennsylvania) has the best cheesesteaks," says Dave.
"They've got the best milkshakes to. The real milkshakes. I've been going there since I was two. Me, my dad, my mom and my brother (Russ) went every Friday and Saturday to Walt's for cheesesteaks and milkshakes." he added while resting after a long day on a home improvement job in Elkton on Friday.
