Where’s the beef?

I borrow my title from a celebrated Wendy’s marketing slogan of years back that got co-opted in a US presidential campaign. In this case, the answer is bleedin’ obvious, with this impressive rig that had travelled from South West Scotland and was awaiting discharge outside Smithfield Market.
