Southern fare

An outdoor lunch in the steamy Florida heat. A friend kindly gifted us a sausage perloo that he had made, a spicy dish with rice that originated in South Carolina, and I enjoyed the left-overs from the previous day’s dinner. The hazy IPA hails from Parish Brewing, Louisiana.
