Red-eye, 1914-style

No jet lag worries for the pioneering airline customer, Mayor Abe Pheil or his pilot, Tony Jannus, as their flight from St. Pete to Tampa took just 25 minutes, and was made in broad daylight. But I never tire of admiring the sculpture that celebrates that historic flight of January 1914, and it looks good at night too.
