Quick, as no sandwich etc to make. Do not worry about my lack of complex carbs. I had a scone for breakfast and pizza for dinner!
Only thing is the bean sprouts were a bit watery (should have drained them) so that got on the rest of the food a bit. Led me to lick my grapes before eating them! The veges were fine and it actually probably helped stop the carrot and cucumber from drying out. If I did it again, I might give the grapes a lettuce seperator. The clementine was fine as, you know, skin.
