We had dinner at a friend's place on Monday, so had no leftovers and we were also out of bread. So, I pan-fried up some frozen dumplings I had made earlier. Beau had to rush off to work, so I didn't get a chance to take a photo of his. He had an extra dumpling (I have 5) and less grapes.
Packing the lunches for both of us took about 25min, which isn't too bad and some of that time was waiting for the dumplings to cool. While they were cooking I washed and chopped my fruit and veg. The main seperator is lettuce, but there is also a slice of chicken roll that you can't see. This was used as it would absorb any of the soy sauce I'd added at the end of the cooking process. Plus, I want to use it up!
They were packed in 670mL containers.
