This is the most excellent Westraven café, a sort of local community hub where local people also support a small low-price foodstore with donations and home-grown produce from their own gardens and allotments. The food here is excellent, and very reasonably priced.
The arrow on the ground is a legacy of 2020's covid plague shutdown, when 'one-way' routes were introduced to make pedestrian 'social distancing' efforts more effective against transmission of the virus in public spaces.
