Faded "Color Jam"

This art installation may have been colorful when it was first installed.

 

But paint fades and wears. Wraps rip, whether through weather or vandalism. Such is the fate of a street art installation in the big, bad city.

 

Lesson: I shoulda seen it when it was newly installed instead of a month-and-a-half later.
