Realtor's Building
This building is best known as Bob Newhart's psychiatrist character's office building from his first sitcom (1972-78); it's changed in appearance a bit since then.
A bit of trivia: In the opening credits the first few seasons, Newhart's Robert Hartley character gets off the train at the Linden station in Wilmette; the apartment building he walks to from the station is actually several miles south in Chicago, at 5200 North Lake Shore Drive. The magic of television ;)
