Thompson Center Atrium
Nice, but totally inappropriate architecture for a government building. When it was first built, architect Helmut Jahn failed to provide private conference rooms; space had to be rented in another building for confidential meetings. They should have just done a gut rehab of the Sherman House Hotel, which previously occupied this site.
