009/365 A Shell on Whitstable Beach
I week ago I had never heard of the word bokeh. Now I have given it a go myself. The lights in the background are sunlight reflected from a shallow stream of water heading its way over a stone beach down to the sea. Can you tell me please whether I have created a bokeh effect or whether its just some fuzz? Honesty in any form is very welcome.
Anyway, we took a trip to Whistable today to make the most of the glorious January sun. We flew the kite; ate chips, fresh prawns and ice-cream; critiqued the colourful array beach huts; flinged stones into the sea; and scootered/cycled along the promenade. All the females of the family then slept on the car journey home.
