Wishing you oceans of Joy

For this card I used a combination of several stampsets by Hero Arts and Simon Says Stamp. For the background I used the Hero Arts "Magical Background". In my eyes it can be waves. Stamped and heat embossed with white embossing powder then colored with Pistachio Distress Ink. The fishes are from Hero Arts "Oceans of Joy" and Simon Says Stamp "Under the sea animals". Covered the fishes with a layer of "Wink of Stella" shimmer. And covered them with "Glossy Accents".
