Beer Chicken w-Celeriac Puree and Sag w- Paneer

Tonight's dinner spanned Europe and India. Both are from the Cooking Channel; the Chicken recipe from the French Food at Home is here and the Sag recipe is from the Spice Goddess here. A Boont Amber Ale seemed appropriate with the beer based sauce.
