I defy anyone to show me a picture of a more powerfully built man . Notice the gorilla-like arms and forearms on this man. In the picture he is about to press overahed more than 400 pounds! At the time this picture was taken few men on the planet could do that. To me this is the greatest picture showing what a truly powerful man looks like. He has become my ideal man! I'd have given anything to behold those magnificent forearms.
