From a collected of translated short works--either written by Thomas Bernard or translated by him (the book isn't with me, and I've suddenly discovered I don't remember who Thomas Bernhard is...). This was an earlier experiment in typesetting, my main interest was manually adjusting the positions of the line breaks to create pseudo-justification.
