Visiting the grave of a WW2 Lancaster bomber crew in Aubergenville, France. 1949.

Photo found in a bric-a-brac shop in Lewes, East Sussex. Note on the back: "Roy's grave. France"

 

The names of four RAF men are listed, killed 10th May 1944:

 

PO K. Goodwin

Sjt. FF Dring

Sjt. RE Hickling

F Sjt. S. Levy

I am informed below by Flickr user Makita2011 that the people in this photo are the father and sister (Jeanie) of Roy Hickling.
