Moon 28/5/23

Gibbous moon - about 9 days old and 62% illumination. Some craters visible near the terminator are: Plato, Tycho and Clavius (with some of its curving chain of interior craters forming "The Eyes of Clavius": Clavius D and Clavius C). The Straight Wall is just visible in between Birt and Thebit and the Alpine Valley can also be seen near Plato.

DSLR video at prime focus on 127mm Maksutov telescope.

PP with PIPP, 50% best frames in AutoStakkert, Wavelets in Registax, cropped and adjusted brightness in NXStudio.
