Coming off a big victory, Purdue viewed its game against Indiana as a trap.

Katie Gearlds scored 19 points and 14th-ranked Purdue, fresh off Sunday's win over then-No. 7 Ohio State, held on for a 61-56 overtime victory over the Hoosiers on Thursday night.
