Pentax FA Limited lenses on film cameras
These HD FA Limited lenses can also be focused manually and have aperture rings for manual setting. True to Pentax's tradition of K mount compatibility, they can be used even on the earliest K-mount bodies such as the K1000 (1976, on left), with manual focus and aperture setting, allowing match-needle TTL exposure. On the autofocus Z-1P (1995, center) they provide automatic focus and exposure in all operating modes. The original versions of these lenses were available by 2001, when the ZX-L (on right) was in production, providing fully automatic operation with that body as well.
