Boxed Indian Food

I got a little creative with this one. I made a meat dish using leftover indian sides, seasoned cubed beef and the Magic Bullet. Lol, it wasn't bad. I love this rice so much, it's Thai Jasmine. Basmati might be more appropriate here, but they're real close. Also had kashmir spinach with cheese cubes, vegetable curry, garlic naan and blue chips.
