Alaskan Halibut Tacos
(Taprock Northwest Grill) I ordered the Alaskan Halibut Tacos (Three corn tortillas with golden beer-battered halibut and chipotle mayonnaise. Topped with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, black olives, fresh cilantro and Northwest salsa. 10.99) The fries were great, perfect texture and flavor. The taco's were interesting. Lots of good flavors. I loved the salsa and wish it came with more. I would have preferred a flour tortilla over the corn and it could have used a bit more of the chipotle mayo just to make it not as dry and more flavorful. Overall I liked the dish, it was just the right amount of food, unique, and satisfying. ..Main critique..."Sauce it up just a bit more!"
