Inukshuks (Inuksuit - pl) - Humber River Toronto, Guerilla Art

These balanced stone formations appeared overnight last week on Toronto's Humber River, at Etienne Brule park named after the explorer, the first white man to explore what is now part of Toronto's heritage. They were not there on Sunday, August 1, 2010 and appeared the next day to everyone's awed amazement. Hats off to the artist for not only a superb and unique work of art but also for his work becoming the talk of the town for a good part of the week. More pictures to come.
