The old jetpack of the Minister. Based on the designs of the former minister, an improvement over the original, but still very unstable.

Also, I know that calling it a jetpack could be an anachronism, but it's the most common term for 'thing you strap to your back to go whoooosh!', so I don't feel very guilty about it.
