Mayan Sundance at the Richmond Folk Festival. It started at 7 pm so it was dark by the time they started to descend. Four flyers drop backwards from an 80 foot tall pole and descend to the earth, making 13 revolutions. 4 x 13 = 52, which represents Venus, the morning star.
