These townhouses are a copy of the better known "Painted Ladies" of San Francisco. When they first went on the market they were listed for $1MM+, now they are around $600K before upgrades. Every unit has an elevator from the garage level to the third floor. Nicely appointed, and roomy, but even at $600k, still a little pricey. At least they are convenient to DC, and the town is quiet but has the necessary amenities. Twice a year, there is a wonderful craft fair on the main drag (all of 4 blocks).
