A-1 Normandy 03
Scans from Fuji Velvia 50 taken on my trip to Normandy France 6th June 2009 for 65th Anniversary of D-Day . I have made an 'Album' of scans from PRINTS already but I scanned these to 'test' a Plustek OptikFilm 7200 film scanner given to me by a Camera Club / Flickr member who got the 8200i model very cheaply at a car Boot Sale so did not need both. These slides were taken on my CANON A-1 .
HRH Charles, Prince of Wales who met Veterans -- I did not approach him as I was 11 years TOO LATE for D-Day but I was there in MY Veterans' gear.
